When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. Any claims of shortage or damage must be reported immediately.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the package, which are subject to approval. SII reserves the right to deny the return of goods. Returns that have been approved for reasons other than product defects may be subject to a 10% return fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unconsumed and in its original package.
To return your item, fill out the Return Request Form. We will then notify you via email confirming the return. Please package the item securely and include inside the package the original sales invoice and delivery receipt.
If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item. Any item you have accepted and then decided to return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the event that your item is lost in transit. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.
Unless you have received the wrong item, we do not accept returns for products that where on sale. We also do not accept returns for products due to any discoloration, damage, or deterioration of the product resulting from improper storage or failure to adhere to the recommended storage instructions.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
