How can I purchase your supplements?

Our Patient Fulfillment provides you with direct access to professional brand supplements, Pure Encapsulations and Douglas Laboratories, that your Healthcare Practitioner has recommended for you. Seamlessly browse through all available products and purchase directly from our site.

Simply request for a unique code from your Healthcare Practitioner and Create An Account to order your recommended products.

If you don’t have a code, please request one from your practitioner.

Once I get my supplement recommendations from my Healthcare Practitioner, how do I purchase them?

Once you've received your personalized list of supplement recommendations, you can add any supplements you’d like to purchase to your cart. You can also edit or add to your selections, or save them to purchase later.

I am a Senior Citizen or Persons with Disability (PWD). Can I avail of a discount?

Yes. Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWD) are granted 20% discount and VAT exemption for the purchase of vitamins and mineral supplements which are medically prescribed by an attending physician for prevention and treatment of diseases, illness or injury. All Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability or their representative must present the necessary requirements indicated in the Republic Act 9994 for Senior Citizen and Republic Act 10754 respectively.

To avail of the discount, you must upload a valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID upon registering, subject to review and approval. Once approved, you may add the recommended supplements to your cart. Take note that only one (1) bottle per product may be availed for discount for each order order.

The Senior Citizen or PWD discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Why don’t I see any prices when I browse products in the shop?

Although you can view our product selection, you must be logged into your account in order to see the product prices. Please log in to your account and prices will be visible.

Can I purchase supplements that weren't specifically recommended for me?

Absolutely. After you’ve received your recommendations, you can also browse other healthcare practitioner brands on the website and add other products you’re interested in to your shopping cart for you or your family.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist you in processing return/exchange. You may reach us through info@spectruminnovations.ph or call us at +63917-6267391.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please fill up our Return Request Form. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. For more details, please review our Return Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over PHP 5,000 within Metro Manila only.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Online Bank Transfer or GCash.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately to request cancellation on your order.

How long will it take to receive my supplements?

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the time orders are confirmed. The exact delivery date and time may vary depending on various factors, including your location and shipping method. Orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the following working day.

  • Metro Manila - 1-2 business days
  • Luzon - 2-3 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao - 3-7 business days
